Abstract
The current market environment is characterized by fierce competition, which pressures all corporations to strive for more success capitalizing on every business strategy or tool to secure sustainability in the market. Therefore, due to the significant benefits of businesses in their environments, growing research in all areas of ethics and corporate social responsibility has been very active. It is in the aforementioned context that the present research work lies to explore the concepts of business ethics and corporate social responsibility with a perspective to clarify the relationship that may exist between them. This study is qualitative in nature based on the comparative content analysis of reported literature about both CSR and business ethics. The implications of the findings are crucial to support policymakers in organizations to consider the relationship between the two concepts as building blocks in their strategic initiative
